1. About These Terms
By booking a session with Joyful Alignment Kinesiology (ABN: 34 286 803 973), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all in-person and online/remote kinesiology sessions provided by Samantha Nobes (“I”, “me”, “my”).

2. Services
Joyful Alignment Kinesiology offers PKP Kinesiology sessions in person at Diamond Creek, Victoria, and online via video call. Kinesiology is a complementary health modality and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I always recommend consulting your GP or relevant healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

3. Bookings
All sessions must be booked in advance. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a booking confirmation email. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Cancellation Policy
I put significant time and preparation into every appointment, and I ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
∙ More than 72 hours notice — no charge; full refund if pre-paid
∙ Less than 72 hours notice — 50% of the session fee is charged
∙ Less than 48 hours notice — 100% of the session fee is charged

5. Refunds
Refunds are available where a cancellation is made with more than 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. No refunds are available for sessions already completed.

6. Online Sessions
For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a suitable private space. If technical difficulties on your end prevent the session from proceeding, standard cancellation terms apply. If technical difficulties are on my end, we will reschedule at no cost to you.

7. Privacy
Any personal information you share with me is kept strictly confidential and is used solely to support your sessions. I do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. By booking you consent to me holding your session notes securely.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Joyful Alignment Kinesiology’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services is limited to the resupply of the services or a refund of the amount paid.

9. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this website.
